Facility
A Large enclosed barn facility that accommodates 150 people. Event Center is
perfect for Family Reunions, Corporate Retreats, Business Meetings, Receptions and
we do have an Outdoor Wedding Chapel Available.
Meal Service
Meal Service is required for all rentals. We currently have three meals plans to choose
from including our Traditional Bar B Q meal with pulled pork BBQ, Baked Beans, Cole
Slaw and Potato Chips. New this year catered from Gondolier Restaurant is Spaghetti with
Meat Sauce, Breadsticks and Salad. We also offer traditional Hamburger and Hot Dogs.
All meals are served buffet style.
Beverages
Lemonade, Tea and Coffee is served. No alcohol is permitted on property.
Hours of Operation
Event Center is Available for Rentals Monday through Saturday. Closed Sundays.
Prices
Pricing for the rental and meal service starts at $800 for 30-50 guests, $1200 for 50-80
guests, $1500 for 80 to 100 guests and $12 for each additional guest over 100. PRICES
ARE FIRM and do not include TN Sales Tax. WEDDINGS add $300 for chapel use.

Use of facilities for up to 3 hours, meal, clean up, standard seasonal decorations.
